1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Venturing Into Excellence Brotherhood of Excellence System (BOES) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
The platform is intended for learners in Grades 3 through 12, their guardians, educators, mentors, and programme facilitators. Learners under the age of 18 must register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You will not misuse the points and badges system, submit false challenge entries, disrupt sessions, harass other participants, or attempt to access data you are not authorised to view.
5. Content & Submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as challenge entries). By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and review it for the purposes of running the programme. We may remove content that is inappropriate or that violates these terms.
6. Points, Badges & Rewards
Points and badges are awarded at the discretion of facilitators and administrators based on participation and performance. We reserve the right to adjust, revoke, or reset points and badges where misuse or errors are identified.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
